Terms
Last updated 21 October 2026
Drop Dead Gourdgeous is a free toy for designing and carving a pumpkin on screen. By using it you agree to these terms.
What we keep
We keep an anonymous count of finished pumpkins, and their designs (shape, carving, paint, light and setting) for an anonymous gallery. Our Privacy page says exactly what that involves.
Your pumpkins and the gallery
- Your designs are yours.
- When you finish a pumpkin, you let us keep its design and, after review, show it in the public gallery and let visitors open it in the app. If you would rather not, press "Keep mine out" at Keep.
- When you press "Add to gallery", you also let us show the picture you send.
- We review every pumpkin first. We may decline any pumpkin and remove any pumpkin at any time, for any reason.
- You can ask us to remove yours at any time: email help@giantaperture.com with the number Keep shows for it, or its link.
The app is ours
The app itself (its code, artwork, pictures, words and look) belongs to Giant Aperture. You may use it to make, keep and share your own pumpkins. Please do not copy, republish, resell or build on the app or any part of it without our written permission.
Be decent
Do not carve, paint or submit anything hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal, anything that shows a real person's personal details, or anything you do not have the right to share. Do not try to overload, break or misuse the site. We will remove anything that breaks these rules.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, for fun, free of charge, with no promises that it will always work, keep your pumpkin, or stay online. We may change it or stop it at any time.
No liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Giant Aperture is not liable for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, that comes from using the app or the gallery, or from not being able to use them. That includes lost data and lost saved pumpkins.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is so, this section applies only as far as the law there allows.
Carving a real one?
Knives are sharp and candles are fire. Carve with care, and with a grown-up if you are young.
